Kitchen Renovations

Frank Home Group can assess a kitchen renovation enquiry from layout and cabinetry through to surfaces, fixtures, lighting, flooring and finishing. The final inclusions depend on the property and written quote.

Frequently asked questions

Does an enquiry commit me to a kitchen renovation?

No. The enquiry starts a conversation. Work proceeds only after the property, scope, responsibilities and price are confirmed in writing and accepted.

Can flooring be included?

Flooring supply can be selected through sister brand Select XPO Floors. Installation or other project work is quoted and contracted separately by Frank Home Group.

What happens when specialist trades are required?

The required trade work is identified during scoping. Any work that requires an appropriately qualified or licensed trade is included only after responsibilities and availability are confirmed.
